By using these capabilities, organizations will be able to create a single source of truth, drive compliance and consistency across the business, and easily build and manage reusable assets to speed up process creation and improvement.

Process manager

Assign this role to give a Lucid user permissions to configure and set up the accelerator, including creating repositories and assigning owners.  Learn more.

 

Repository owner

Assign this role to make a Lucid user responsible for setting user access, approving content, maintaining repository organization, and adding additional approvers to expedite the approval workflow. Learn more.

 

Process owner

This role describes a user who created a process within a repository or was assigned ownership of a process. They are responsible for publishing the process to the repository once it's been approved and maintaining changes to the process. Learn more.

 

Repositories

Repositories create a single source of truth for all official company documentation at an organization. Process managers can create as many repositories as their organization needs, assign a repository owner for each, and import content from Lucid or other tools. Learn more.

 

Repository folders

Users now have the ability to organize repository content into folders. Learn more.

 

Approval flows

In order for new documentation to be added to the repository or existing documentation to be updated, repository owners must review and approve the documentation prior to it being published in the repository. Learn more.

 

Asset library

Reuse a published document as an asset within other documents to expedite process creation and maintenance. Updates to an asset are reflected everywhere it is used. Learn more. 

 

Embed integrations

Embed repository documents in applications like Jira Cloud, SharePoint, Google, and Microsoft. Learn more. 

 

Document details

View document details such as date published, process owner, version number, approvers, and asset references. Learn more.

 

Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations

Integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams send notifications to requesters and approvers in the approval workflow and to assigned process managers and repository owners. Learn more.

 

BPMN self-serve file import

Import BPMN files into the repository to centralize documentation.

There’s a bullet above that mentions Slack and Teams integration, but there’s nothing mentioned about those on the help page for the PA.  (Use repositories to centralize and standardize your organization's processes – Lucid).  Will there be info added on those integrations?


Hi ​@Astrid_G, thanks for adding to this thread and I’m sorry for any confusion here!  The section approve or deny changes made to processes mentions the Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations briefly, but I can see how it may get lost. I’ll share this with the proper team! 

To clarify, repository owners and process managers both receive notifications by email when a new request for approval is submitted. If your account is set up for notifications with the Microsoft Teams or Slack integrations, you will receive a notification there as well.
