By using these capabilities, organizations will be able to create a single source of truth, drive compliance and consistency across the business, and easily build and manage reusable assets to speed up process creation and improvement.

LeanIX/Ardoq integrations
Import data items from LeanIX or Ardoq as dynamic, data-backed shapes that stay securely linked to your system of record. With a single, one-time authentication, approved data becomes available to all Process Accelerator users in your workspace, allowing users to visualize the current state of your organization and plan for the future. One-time additional approvers
Add a one-time approver to a process document who isn't assigned a role in the Process Accelerator. Ensure the right stakeholders review updates to documentation. Learn more.
Disable approval flow setting
There is now an opt-in setting available during new repository creation to temporarily disable the approval flow UI. When enabled, users with repository access can directly publish documents without going through an approval flow. Repository owners can allow all users, asset owners and above, folder owners and above, repository owners, or no one to directly publish. If the approval flow UI remains disabled after 45 days, an in-product messaging nudge prompts the repository owner to turn the setting back on. This setting is off by default and can be turned on/off at any time. Learn more.
