airfocus, now part of Lucid, is a product management platform designed to unite teams to build great products with confidence. It serves as a single source of truth for product work, offering strategic roadmapping and advanced prioritization tools. The platform centralizes customer feedback for actionable insights, links OKRs to execution, and enables capacity planning. Its modular design supports customizable workflows, empowering product teams to build more effectively, no matter their approach.

Monitor and manage your product portfolio (beta)

Now available in open beta, bring work from multiple airfocus workspaces into flexible, real-time portfolio views and dashboards. Get a bird’s-eye view of priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies across product lines, business units, and teams– fully integrated with workspaces, team fields, and apps.

Only available for Enterprise plans. If you're on the Professional plan, reach out to your CSM or support to get a demo and learn more.

Required fields

You can now set fields (including team fields) as "required fields." When enabled, users must fill out the field when creating new items. For existing items, users are asked to fill out the required fields. Once set, a required field value cannot be removed without replacing it with another field value. Learn more.

New milestone field type in airfocus

You can now link items to milestones, visually differentiate milestone types, reuse milestones across workspaces, and sync them with Jira Fix Versions—all using the same flexible field system that powers the rest of airfocus. Learn more.

Jira integration bidirectional item syncing

You can now sync item links between Jira and airfocus bidirectionally. Configure each link type as one-way or two-way depending on your workflow, and map multiple Jira link types to a single airfocus link type when needed. Learn more.
