Is it possible to incorporate certain colors from an Office template?
We use certain colors at my university for presentations.

Thanks for your post. If you know the six-digit hexadecimal code for your desired color you can manually input into the color picker. This can be done by selecting the + button at the bottom of the "Fill Options" menu. Please let me know if you have any questions on this.
If you’re interested, you can also build these colors into an official Theme style, which can be reused and will automatically apply these colors and other styling choices to all shapes in your diagram. You can create your own style by clicking Edit styles at the top of this same menu.
