I have set up an org chart and saved it as a template. However when importing new data it does not take on the formatting that was in place in the template. Therefore it appears saving as a template doesn't really do anything. Am I missing something?
I'm looking to maintain the appearance of my org chart and import updated data as needed without having to reformat every time.

Thanks for posting in the community! You should be able to apply your own data to the template by double clicking on the org chart to open the org chart panel. Then you can select "Replace Dataset" and upload your own dataset. This will create your org chart with the same format as the template. If this does not help will you please submit a ticket here and send the document URL?
