I know it is possible to create a hotspot and link pages in a document within the hotspot but can the same be done for folders as well? For example I have a process outlined in one folder that links to another process that is in another folder. Can I link them together? Would I create an external link on the hotspot? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out in the community. You can't link an entire folder but you can link multiple documents together. To link multiple documents together you will first want to publish the documents that you want to link. You can then you an external link and a hotspot to link the documents.
