The Integrate Lucid Cards with monday.com option in Lucidspark is currently unavailable. Our team is working on a fix. We will update here in the thread when the integration is working again. We appreciate your understanding and patience as this is resolved!

Good news! Our development team has resolved this issue -- the monday.com integration is back up and running!

Refer to our Integrate Lucid with monday.com help center article for installation instructions and steps to import items as Lucid Cards.

When I try to import items from Monday.com through Lucid and select ‘Authorize’ the following error page appears:

{"error":"invalid_scope","error_description":"Invalid scope param"}

Is this a Lucid issue or a Monday.com issue?

Hi @hmiller! It looks like you are already CC’d in a support ticket about this. Our team will continue troubleshooting with you there.

Hello, I received the same error prompt when trying to integrate our Monday instance to Lucid. What do I need to do to get support on this issue?

Hi @Carl Dotson ! This error sometimes occurs because of an issue with initial setup of the Monday.com integration.

When starting the integration process (the first time you click on import), you need to make sure your Monday.com admin user has clicked on the "grant Lucid access" link and selected all the workspace they'd like to connect. Only a Monday.com account admin will have permissions to do this.

If you’ve already clicked ‘Authorize’, would you mind unlinking from monday.com, checking that the ‘Grant access’ step has been completed by an admin and then trying to authorize again? You can unlink by clicking the gear icon shown below.
