Just this morning, when I open any Lucidchart document, it starts to scroll the contents to the left. It only stops when I take the mouse pointer off the Lucid work area, then starts again as soon as I move it back. I disabled my mouse but it still happens using the trackpad. Not seeing this with any other application, so not a stuck key. Anyone got an ideas what might be going on?

Update - resolved. It was the mouse USB receiver that was the culprit.

Hi @HarryC

Please check some of these to see if it solves your issue:

  • Verify that keyboard shortcuts for navigation are not being accidentally triggered.
  • Ensure that no other programs are using conflicting keyboard shortcuts.
  • Check if keyboard shortcuts for scrolling (Shift + Scroll or Ctrl + Shift + Scroll) restore normal scrolling behavior, especially if mouse functionality seems disabled.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
