Hi Mary Rose thanks for your post! Yes after creating the document and styling your assets as you'd like convert it to a template by right-clicking the More menu and choosing Convert to template. 

From there you can share the template either across your organization or with specific individuals by entering their email addresses or creating a shareable link. For full instructions I recommend the Work with Templates article from the Lucid Help Center. When your collaborators access the template they can then utilize it to generate a new board that they can then edit. 

Note: If you are on an Enterprise Lucid account you can utilize Corporate Templates which allow you to create and manage official templates for use across your organization.
