How to make tags available for read-only or comment-only users?

I am using a lucidspark dashboard, containing a higher number of sticky notes (> 40). For simplification I would like to use tags which work very well for users having edit rights. I noticed now that users without edit rights do not see these tags. Could you help me investigate this further?

Hey @FWLucid -- thanks for posting! To clarify -- how are you sharing this document? You mentioned edit rights, does this mean you are sharing via a share link and giving view only access, are you sharing within a Team Folder, are you sharing with view only access to a user outside your account, etc? 

@FWLucid as far as I’m informed - tags will not be visible for users with no editing rights
