In the "Science and Experience" science museum, a new information system is being established, through which various operations are carried out for the management of the museum and the activities take place there.
The system contains information about every exhibit and every activity. Any employee can view this information. It is possible for an employee, while viewing a certain exhibit, to report a fault he has detected in the exhibit.
The activity coordinator watches the existing orders in the system, and after a conversation with the orderer, creates a new activity, or updates an existing activity.
Students and teachers work in the museum:
- The students take groups on a tour of the various exhibits in the museum, and help in the laboratories.
The student coordinator assigns the students to the various activities, according to the requested working hours that the students requested through the student shift management system
- Each teacher has a specific field of expertise, and he teaches classes including laboratory experience in this field. If necessary due to the large number of groups or the minority of students, a teacher can also take groups on a tour of the exhibitions.
The teaching coordinator assigns the teachers to the activities, and can also assign instructors or change their existing assignment according to the needs of the museum.
In order to identify the employee in the system and his privileges, he must first log in using an ID card and password. It is not possible to perform any operation in the system before that.
