I was working on an org chart and was copying and pasting boxes without issue using ctrl+C and ctrl+V. At one point it just...stopped working? Every time I try and paste a window pops up saying that I need to upgrade my account to a premium account? Confused because it was working fine for over an hour with my free account. I appreciate any help!

Hi Paulina Thanks for posting on the Community! On a free account there is a limit of 3 documents and 60 objects per document. If you have more than 60 objects on that document you are currently working on that is likely why you are now seeing that pop-up offering upgrade options. For more information please see our Lucidchart Plans article and if you are interested in upgrading right away please visit our pricing page.
If you believe that is not the case (if you have less than 60 objects on the document) please follow up in the thread with a screenshot of the pop up so we can take a closer look. Thanks for using Lucidchart!
