If you are having trouble finding a certain template you can take a look at our Lucidchart Template Gallery and Lucidspark Template Gallery to go through the different types that are available. You can also create your own templates. If you are experiencing trouble working with or creating your own templates I recommend taking a look at our Work with Templates article from the Lucid Help Center. 

If the above resources do not help would you mind sharing an example template that you no longer have access to?
