I’m part of a group where there are a lot of documents shared with that group. Problem is, I’m a system admin and 99% of the documents that are shared to the group have nothing to do with me because they’re users.

Can I refuse shared documents? Can I take myself off the list of certain shared documents so I no longer see them?

Hi there - this is a great question!

To clarify, are you seeing the shared documents because they are being added to a team folder, or are the document authors included your (or your team) when sharing?

I am also part of a team who have a large number of folders that I have limited use for.  My work-around to reduce noise is to ‘star’ the folders I have most interest in (right-click on the folder name and select ‘add to starred’), and I have set my browser bookmark for Lucid to go to my starred folders (e.g. https://lucid.app/documents#/documents?folder_id=starred)

IMHO, an administrator just has to manage but not to use.

So I think you must have also an account to use and create diagrams.
