Hi @shira m! I love this activity idea that gives students a chance to demonstrate what they've learned. The cute images make it even more fun 😀 We would love to hear how it goes after you've tried it out!

I've done something similar with my students and rotated between having them use virtual sticky notes and (on days where they needed to move more) I sometimes handed out physical sticky notes and projected it onto a wall/whiteboard and had them stick them on manually. So many creative ways to play with Lucidspark!

Addie I love the idea of leveraging movement with the physical sticky notes! The kinesthetic addition sounds powerful. Great to hear how you are adapting the activity!

I love the idea of using these visual activities as a quick way for students to reflect on their understanding at the end of a lesson or activity.

Tom, I’d love to hear more about the ways this might shift the depth of reflection for your students. Are there specific ages where it is more impactful?

It also got me thinking about an activity I have done for years where I have the students create a "Me"phabet.  ...  I converted it to Lucid and will use it to teach them the basics of using LucidChart and then use the Collaborative part of LucidSpark to share them with the group.

This sounds like a great method for moving them through the basic ideas, and get them picking up deeper sets of features incrementally. Thank you for sharing!

I just participated in a fun visual activity my colleague created, rank your favorite girl scout cookies, and I wanted to share it with everyone because it was so much fun! Here is the template you can use :)

I’m going to try mind mapping this year as a part of my opening activities.  On my board I have statements (You are a friend.  You are a creator.  You can change the world...).  I took 3 of them and added them to a mind map template.

I am brave.  I am important.  I am a leader.

I’ll show the kids how the maps work and they can add the different ways they are brave, a leader, or important.  I decided not to do these collaboratively and to try the Canvas assignments this time since some of the answers may be more personal.  Hopefully I can get Canvas to create the assignment, otherwise, I have a forced copy link I can post.
