Is there a way to clear a whiteboard of all its writing, images, shapes, etc…

Selecting the eraser and then Erase All does not work.

Hi @friley.scholeacademy

Thank you for taking the time to raise this question, and my apologies for the frustration with the ‘erase all’ function. The erase all function removes annotations you have made with the pen and highlighter, but it does not remove objects.

To delete all objects from your whiteboard, you can:

  • If you are presenting your whiteboard via a device with a keyboard, then you can:
    1. press iCTRL] + A to select all objects on your whiteboard, and then
    2. press iDELETE] to remove all selected content.
  • An alternative method to using your keyboard is to:
    1. zoom out, so you can see all objects on your board
    2. press “V” to enter selection mode, then
    3. click and drag a selection box over all of your objects, and then
    4. press >DELETE] on your keyboard, or click the trash bin icon in the menu bar under your selection.
