Video: How Stephanie helps business students write Quality Assurance Reports

Detailed Walkthrough

It can be difficult for students to jump right into writing Quality Assurance Reports.  Because of this, Stephanie introduces Quality Assurance Reports with collaborative concept mapping.  She starts by sending out the concept map template to the students.

Then, the class discusses and shares what they think should be added to each branch of the concept map.  Throughout the discussion students are adding each of the examples discussed to their own version of the concept map.

Now that the students have been able to work through the principal, criteria and examples using a visual representation, they are better prepared to write their Quality Assurance Report.

I like this idea - it’s practical and easy to follow
