I am a higher-education student at Persian Gulf University. I registered using my university email (mehr.pgu.ac.ir), but I am not receiving the verification email. I receive other Lucid emails from email@e.lucid.co. I tested the same registration process with a temporary email and the verification email arrived successfully. I would like to request an educational account upgrade.
