Lucid and brightspace
Lucid/Lucidspark works when I receive a direct link from my professor and open it through Lucid's “Shared with me,” but the Lucid link inside Brightspace does not work for my account. I have tested Chrome and Safari, including private/incognito windows, signed out of other Lucid and Brightspace sessions, and confirmed that I am using my college email. My professor has also confirmed that the course sharing/permission settings are correct and that other students can access the link. What other solutions can I use?
