Cassidy wanted students to be able to see the legal process unfold visually. She decided to walk through the process by creating a court case flowchart in Lucid. She finds that this makes the learning process more engaging for students than a typical lecture or textbook reading.
Once students familiarize themselves with the main process, they can dig deeper and add more elements to the flowchart to show the entire process in more detail. By using Lucid students are able to actively explore legal concepts, connect the dots between each step in the process, and better retain what they have learned.
