Students will inevitably encounter conflict at some point in their career. Especially when working directly with customers. To help prepare students for successful conflict resolution, Morgan provides students with a conflict-resolution flowchart template.
Then, students go through the steps using different conflict scenarios given by the instructor. Once students are done, Morgan leads the students through a discussion where students are sharing and comparing how they would go about handling each of the conflict scenarios.
