Doris uses Lucidspark with her business administrative students at Northwest Career College. She uses the SWOT analysis template to guide students through a “state of business” analysis. Each group collaborates together to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a business of their choice using color-coded stickies.
She uses this during her unit on business planning, and each group presents their SWOT to the class to strengthen their public speaking and analysis skills. This activity helps students develop strategic thinking skills, encourages teamwork, and supports their understanding of internal versus external environments.
