Meu e-mail institucional pertence ao Ecossistema Ânima (Brasil), mas o sistema de verificação não o reconhece como educacional. Uso ele em muitas coisas que oferecem benefícios para estudantes e tenho o acesso a ele tanto na plataforma do aluno, quanto na caixa de entrada, tentei enviar um formulario para pedir acesso estudantil ao Lucid e recebi um e-mail dizendo que o próprio e-mail não pertence a uma instituição educacional, alguem pode me ajudar por favor?!
