Our university hosts an annual IT conference, and I am writing a proposal to present on how I am using both the AI-assisted design tools and the Cloud Accelerator to improve diagram completeness, accuracy, and cycle times. I was wondering if there are any resources available through the Lucid Legends community that I could use in my presentation.
For instance, I have developed ways I am using Lucid AI-assisted design tools (e.g., converting CSV lists of components to diagrams), but there may be techniques or approaches that I am not aware of that would be good to include in the presentation.
I also want to walk through how to share across the organization, which I would love to hear how others are doing it (especially for business users for whom a Lucid licenses are not a thing). I also want to explore the ERD from schema tooling, but I am just starting my journey with that tool.
Are there any suggestions for topics you would share if you were presenting to your whole organization?
Of course, I wouldn’t turn down any Lucid swag to offer for audience participation.😉
I am in the proposal drafting stage, so I am open to ideas and resource recommendations.

@rsnyderpsu Thanks so much for this post, I love this question! I’m sure @Vanessa C101 will have great recommendations, but I have a few things that come to mind, too. I’ve categorized them by some of the topics you mentioned wanting to cover.
Diagramming with AI
This community post describes at a high level how AI in Lucid can directly address business challenges. This related blog post goes into even more detail.
I also like this blog post on specific tips for using Lucid’s AI diagramming tools.
Cloud Accelerator
This post talks a lot about the “why” of the Cloud Accelerator - the reason Lucid built this as a solution - as well as an example story of the value an engineering team can get from it. That might be a useful way to demonstrate the flexibility and automation of the accelerator.
Similarly, this post from Lucid’s professional services team guides you through the entire process, from conceptualization to end-result collaboration. There’s a template for each stage that could be a useful visualization for your presentation to show what doing this in Lucid actually looks like!
Sharing and collaboration
These few posts from the Inspiration section of our community have some great thoughts from various Lucid experts on sharing and collaborating across a team. My personal favorite I’ve linked first - it’s all about good document management and organization that makes collaboration much more straightforward.
Lucid + IT
Finally, I love this blog post about how Lucidchart supports IT needs in general! It contains lots of great examples of IT-specific pain points, how Lucid helps, and what features you might find are particularly useful.
