Looking at https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/data-flow-diagram the page offers several links, such as

  • Make a DFD
  • I want to make my own DFD in Lucid Chart.
  • I want to make a DFD from a Lucidchart Template

Clicking on any of these takes me to my account page (which means that the system knows that I am logged in).

Any thoughts on how to get these links working?

Thanks in advance for your help.

@Igor I recommend accessing the templates through the template gallery within your Lucid account.  Secondly, if you are interested in learning how to get started creating data flow diagrams you can explore all of our quick training courses here.  I would recommend starting with the Lucidchart course.

  1. Log in through Canvas or lucid.app

  2. Open the templates library

  1. Search for DFD

  1. Open a template and start working.

I hope this helps :)

@Vanessa C101   Thank you so much for the prompt reply.  I do have full access to the templates directly.  My hope was that since they offered items such as “I want to make a DFD from a Lucidchart Template”, the linked pages would have also included tips on the best way to link DFD levels.

Thanks again,
