Access paths feature in Lucid presentation

When I click on the “Organizers” icon on the left hand side and select “Paths,” the Presentations tab opens instead of the Paths option. I have used Paths very successfully in the past and cannot figure out why it keeps opening the Presentations window instead of the Paths option. I cannot find any documentation explaining this bug in the Training Labs, Help Center, or Community forums. Please let me know how else I can access the Paths function!

Hi there, I'm Drew, a Product Manager here at Lucid. Good news first: this isn't a bug, and you haven't lost anything. Paths still works exactly as before, we've just moved it inside the Presentations feature so the two live in one place.

To get to your Paths: open the Presentations panel (or click the old Paths button, as you saw, it will open Presentations automatically) and you'll build and edit Paths right inside the Presentation builder. Any Paths you created in the past are still there. For step by step instructions, see the Create a Presentation Help Center Article.

Thank you for flagging this. The fact that it looked like a bug tells me we didn't do a good enough job explaining the change. I'm going to look at improving our messaging and education so the move to Presentations is clearer for everyone. Have a great day!
