Fairuz (Roza) Ghdah

Manager, Customer Success Scale

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Background: I’ve been with Lucid for 7 years, joining as an Operations & Strategy Engineer where I spent my first few years in the technical weeds. I eventually transitioned into Customer Ops to help build and scale our Success motion, growing from a specialist into my current leadership role.

About my role at Lucid: I lead the Customer Success at Scale (CSS) team, dedicated to helping our largest book of accounts get the absolute most out of Lucid. My goal is to foster an innovative environment where my team can truly excel, ensuring our customers aren't just using a tool, but are seeing a real, tangible impact on their business.

Outside of work: I am a big advocate for personal growth and find my creative "reset" through painting with a cup of coffee and a podcast. When I’m not experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, I’m focused on enjoying life with my kids or looking forward to my annual trip to the beach.

Flip Williamson

Sr. Customer Success Specialist

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Background: I’ve been in customer facing roles helping them solve complex issues for over 15 years.

About my role at Lucid: Working with Admins and Users to ensure everyone is getting the most out of Lucid.

Outside of work: I enjoy reading (audiobooks are reading, I will die on this hill), yoga, running, golf, video games, music, and (of course) coffee. 

Maria Pia Chamas

Sr. Customer Success Specialist

Location: Amsterdam

Background: I have an international background and have spent the past few years working closely with customers across different regions, helping them solve real challenges and get meaningful value.

About my role at Lucid: I work with a large number of customers at Lucid, helping them stay engaged, get the most out of the product, and make it part of their everyday workflows.

Outside of work: I love reading thriller books, watching football, going on walks while listening to podcasts (crime and history!), and spending time with friends.

Azzurra Petrini

Customer Success Specialist

Location: Amsterdam

Background: I have experience in sales and customer success, always working to build meaningful relationships with clients and support their evolving needs.

About my role at Lucid: I work with Lucid customers to help them make the most out of the products they purchased, ensuring a smooth adoption across teams and supporting them in learning about new features or use cases.

Outside of work: I am an avid reader and artist, with a passion for watercolors and graphic design. I also have a background as a professional swimmer, so I still enjoy long swims, runs, and many other sports in my free time!

 Ellie Gentry

Customer Success Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Background: I have years of experience as a customer success manager in SaaS, previously using Lucid as a client, leading to my current role in customer success at Lucid.

About my role at Lucid: I work with customers with a focus on making their everyday work experience easier through their Lucid products. I approach every interaction with solution minded problem solving, proactive opportunity recognition, and genuine communication. 

Outside of work: I enjoy painting, hiking, live music and exploring new places with friends. I’m naturally a chatty and curious person. My simple pleasures are getting my nails done, a sweet treat in the afternoon, and the first time listening to an album from start to finish.
