Hey fellow Lucid Admins! On Monday, July 27, we officially launched Process Capture to all Enterprise customers with AI enabled. Admins received an email detailing the release, its capabilities, and how to manage account settings.
What is Process Capture?
Process Capture is a screen recording tool built directly into Lucid AI designed to accelerate process documentation for onboarding, optimization, and AI transformation.

How it works: Users record their browser or desktop screen (with optional mic narration) while performing a workflow.

Privacy & Control: Lucid takes periodic screenshots and allows users to manually redact or remove sensitive images before processing.

The Output: The material is sent to our Process Agent inside Lucid AI, generating an editable diagram alongside the associated screenshots in seconds.
Admin Controls & Settings
We want to ensure your organization has full control over how AI features are deployed across your instance. To make this easier, we have launched new AI controls in the Admin Panel:

For Enterprise Shield Accounts: You can manage or toggle off Process Capture using the Advanced Lucid AI controls in your Admin Panel.

For Accounts Without Enterprise Shield: If you need access to these advanced AI toggles, you can start a free 90-day trial of Enterprise Shield directly within your admin panel.
