Can the vertical scroll bar size be increased in size and visibility? It is very narrow and therefore difficult to grab hold of with the mouse pointer. It is also difficult to see on the white or grey background.

Need the capability to increase the size and visibility of both scroll bars, in my case in particular the horizontal scroll bar. (I have the wheel set for vertical scrolling).
On a large screen, and with eyes that aren’t in the first flush of youth, the current settings are a drag on productivity.
