Currently if a iPhone or iPad is in Lockdown mode the App will load, authenticate and show you all o f your documents.

It will not though open anyone of them. Instead it sticks at a loading screen and never leaves it. You are then required to cancel the document load or terminate the App.

After months of troubleshooting with Support, they finally linked Apple devices in Lockdown mode and this “bug”. Apparently the cookies used for authentication do not get passed properly in Lockdown mode. This is concerning that the cookie auth token is operating in some mode that requires execution of javascript code or similar “programmatic in a web context” function.

This renders Lucidchart unusable on our internal devices due to compliance and regulatory requirements we operate under doing engineering for critical infrastructure.
