I recently had a template published but i can't find it when i do a search in templates. why is this?

+7Hi Suleiry thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community. User-submitted templates get published only in our online template gallery on our website at the moment and do not get added to the in-product template gallery.
However we're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Would you mind adding this feedback to our feature request form? Ideas submitted to this form are passed on to the product development team for their consideration. Thank you in advance!
