Hi, as I have been using Lucid with various teams and over various projects for some years now, I have had a lot of boards shared with me in the past. At the moment, I manage all of these in my browser’s bookmarks with folders. This isn’t very efficient and I struggle to find what I’m looking for. There is no current feature to make subfolders within the Shared with Me folder. I’m not sure if this is planned at all, but a fairly useful alternative would be to be able to add links to shared boards within the My Documents subfolders. This would give enough capability to organise documents shared by other team members for the purpose of viewing them at a later date. Would love to know if something like there is any plan for a feature like this as at the moment it is my main difficulty with using Lucid.

HI @dboico, thanks for this post! You’re correct, at this time there is unfortunately not a way to create sub-folders within the Shared with Me folder. I certainly understand how this would be useful, though! We encourage anyone else who’s interested in this to upvote this post and share any additional details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience. However, it is possible to create a shortcut for any document that is shared with you by dragging and dropping it from Shared with Me to My Documents. This will create a shortcut tile which you are free to rearrange and organize into other folders within your Shared with Me space without actually affecting the original document. A shortcut is indicated by a small arrow icon, as shown in the screenshot below:

I hope this helps!
