Hi, this is in response to a change that I have noticed, so I hope this is a suitable place to provide feedback.

A recent change has modified the navigation keys required to follow a link in Lucidchart. Previously the combination was Ctrl+Shift +Click and is now Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Click.

While this change make it difficult to click links, I understand if this is to standardise across different platform. However, the feedback is that the pop-up hasn’t been updated and a change like this should really be notified in the interface. At fist I thought it had stopped working!

Hi David,

I am happy to assist you here. When you tried to use Ctrl + Shift + Click, there should have been an one-time growl that indicates the hotkeys have changed to Alt + Shift + Click. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I am glad that you were able to find out the new hotkey even without the tip.
