Non License User Experience not the best in the Repositories

The repository is supposed to be the final restricted view for non-license users. Unfortunately, the view is not user-friendly, the documents are not centralized, and they cannot move the document (similar to the Presentation mode option) and have to use the scroll bars which are not clearly visible. 

Can the view in the repository be done without the Shift+Alt+mouse click?  This is very tedious. 

Non-license users they cannot view it in presentation mode to make it a better user experience.  Prior to singing up we were advised that the non-license users would easily be able to use and navigate the processes, but this is not the case.

Unlicensed users can be assigned as process manager or repository owner. However, they are unable to suggest edits or add content to the repository. For full functionality, we indeed recommend assigning these roles to a licensed user. For more information on repositories, I suggest going through this Help Center article.
