It would be useful for me to visualize members of a project that don't necessarily have any hierarchical structure.

The org chart requires a supervisor id and even if you plug in a garbage value it doesn't give you a ton of freedom on drag and drop.

I got around this by using a dataset and some custom cards which works well enough for my purpose! But the org chart seems more powerful. The org chart automatically creates a card for every employee. My workaround requires duplicating a card as a template dragging/dropping rows etc.

It's still damn useful but I'd love to see if this is possible in some other fashion.

Hi Matt

Thanks for posting in the Community!

The org chart feature is designed to create a visual representation of the hierarchical structure and relationships within an organization. Its purpose is to provide a clear and graphical overview of the roles responsibilities and reporting relationships among employees departments and management levels.

That being said our Product Development Team is always happy to receive feedback and requests which you can submit via this form. This will be passed on directly to them for their consideration!

In your specific situation I could not have found a better workaround than the one you have already found!

If anyone else has suggestions please feel free to share!
