I want to share a review/feedback for Lucid products. I also have a important question which I will ask in the end.
I have used & tested almost all apps/tools available in market for mind maps, brainstorming, board tools. From low to mid range & even I tried some biggest share holder products in this niche. I used Lucid's Products like Lucidchart & Lucidspark specially. I want to say that these tools are really awesome, specially I want to talk about Lucidspark.
I want to say confidently that this tool is better than many big products of market in this niche. Its superb (everything in free version). But coming towards my question/request that this is so super tool. But I feel only one thing that lacks & maybe downstairs the users of this niche in today's modern time is absence of desktop app. But why? People who want to organise their cluttered mind wants simplicity.
They hate over whelming & complexities. Hovering over tabs is complex & takes time. I feel & many people like me feel that Lucid should have their desktop app. It will be a huge time saver & organised happy working. It would be so good in today's modern era for lucid customers. Many people are already raising their voices over this. I am too in that.
I feel personally & its my raw but pure thinking that it's a super man tool but how lucid could do this to their users? Their should be a desktop app that so many people like me which are requesting will be able to work tirelessly in the heir apps. All things will be get perfect for a software & then only promoting to as many people & telling that its now available (free versions too many pros!! O my god! ). People will love this !!
I want to retain my usage & many other people too. So, I hope you shall consider the request of number of people including me. (A Humble Request). Unfortunately if it is not considered then as already Lucid is facing loss having quality features too, I also will not be able to work on Lucid products in absence of desktop App. Same here for Hundreds of People here. In fact Everyone has it. You have your mobile app but not desktop app this is insane. So I hope this request of many people will be considered.
I want to appeal to Respected Community of Lucid that please up-vote this idea. Its in mutual interests of Customers & Sellers. Best wishes.
