I'm working with a lucidchart that has linked a data from a google sheet to create an org chart but one of the columns which contained hyperlinks no longer works from within lucidchart when looking at the data as it is now just plain text.
As this previously worked in an older version of lucid is this due to an update or is this feature still available?

Unfortunately even though the URL exists within your Google Sheet as a hyperlink Lucidchart currently interprets it as plain text and it does not support the ability to open the link by clicking on the text. However you might find this video helpful. It provides a straightforward method for assigning the hyperlink as an action for that shape resulting in a "clickable" outcome.

That does help thanks! Is there a way to add all the hyperlinks at once rather than each individual shape within the org chart?

Unfortunately being able to add all the hyperlinks at once isn’t currently supported in Lucidchart. However we are always looking for ways to improve. I have data linked from a google sheet to create an org chart but wanted to have a custom data field that contains the URL to allow each item on the org chart to be clickable and link to the URL from the data. At this time the only way to do this is to link each shape individually as it does not allow you to link multiple shapes at the same time which doesn't enable you to dynamically link multiple items at the same time from a data column.
