We’re looking for a new type of Sickynotes in Sparks that allows us to use free-hand tool to write on the stickynote using a stylist (or finger).  We’re using an interactive display in a group collaboration environment. The current method of typing on stickynotes isn’t ideal when standing around the interactive display.

Hi there @Dano! Thanks for the idea.

This is definitely something we are exploring as a usability improvement for touch users on interactive displays. I’d love to get your feedback as we progress in ideation for this feature, so I’ll reach back out when I have something you can provide feedback on.

Also, if you have any other feedback regarding the use of Lucidspark on your interactive display device, I’d love to hear it! Would you be interested in participating in a usability interview over a call sometime?

Good afternoon Amelia,

Our team will be willing to participate in beta testing for this additional Free-hand Sticky note.

Per your request, I’m also including a list of enhancement we would like to see

  • Ability to link input and output type symbols within and between different process charts  (incoming and outgoing references that hyperlink to the specific shape on the page, it currently links to a specific page)
    • Every new symbol added to a chart would get a unique symbol ID number that could never be changed even if deleted.
  • Ability to select/right-click and jump to the associated input or output point on any process chart so user can quickly follow the flow from process to process (or subprocess).
  • Ability to import Visio or lucid diagrams into an existing lucid document on a new tab**
  • Ability to move tabs (that contain process flows) from one document to another
  • Ability to annotate or build a table of text directly inside of the lucid workspace (it is currently possible to create a table but cumbersome to edit)
  • There is something strange with the default zoom.  Most times if I add shapes to a new diagram the text is not legible.

Additional

  • Ability to resize all swim lanes together and maintain formatting (currently you have to adjust each lane individually)
