I created an ERD with the 2 columned shape. but i would like to add type to it. I have not been able to find out how to add the last column/change the diagram to the 3 columned one.
Can someone please help?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Unfortunately there is no way to add a third column for Types if you initially selected the double-column entity. You will need to add another shape with the Field and Type columns. From here you can copy and paste the content from your double-column entity and then add your Types in the third column. Apologies for the inconvenience!
The ability to add a column more easily is an excellent idea! We're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way to do this.
