ServiceNow does not support direct SQL queries of their tables, so being able to automatically create ERDs via imports of CSV is not ideal. So, I’m wondering if Lucid could create an import feature for ServiceNow exports from sys_dictionary table.
I’ve been trying to use the Lucid GPT for over a week with mixed results. Most of the time it can’t create the ERD at all in Lucidchart.
If anyone at Lucid would like to reach out to me directly I can walk them through what is possible in ServiceNow instances and even give examples.
