Hi everyone hope you're well! Before I can duplicate my own charts but now the options are greyed out and I've tried closing a re-opening the browser but that hasn't worked. Help would be appreciated :)

Thanks for posting in the Community! Could you try opening the Lucid page in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

Hi Leah thanks for your answer! I'm not sure why it's suddenly resolved now I've come into the office might be a VPN thing.
