A feature I’d like to see is the ability for the ‘hide cursors’ to be control function of a facilitator. I’ve conducted a few facilitations where i can turn the authors off during the session, but people are still able to see who is writing a post it by their cursor even if i’ve instructed to toggle the feature off. The new ‘private mode’ option wouldn’t be sufficient since post its are also hidden which isn’t ideal in most of the facilitation i run i.e a lessons learned where a clarifying question might need to be asked, etc.

Hi @rvassilatos, thank you so much for providing your feedback here. I can certainly understand how this would be beneficial. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to our product team as they review this space and research product enhancements.

For anyone else who comes across this post, there is a feature that allows you to hide collaborator cursors, but it is not a control function of the facilitator as mentioned above. To learn more, read the Collaborate in Lucid article from the Help Center. Another resource that may be helpful to other users is the Brainstorm with private mode in Lucidspark article, which describes a similar feature.

We encourage anyone else who’s interested in this to upvote this post and share any additional details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience. For more information about how we manage feedback in this community, please take a look at this post:
