As a Solution Architect, we use Lucid to draw and store all our high level and low level designs, as well as all our sequence diagrams. We have hundreds (possible thousands!) of diagrams across multiple domains. We find it a great tool for both architecture and architecture collaboration.

With that in mind, there is one request that, as the whole architecture team, we would like to request. And I’ve been told you are the one who can help us!

We use a lot of UML, and as we are discussing IT architecture, we use a lot of APIs. Specifically, we use UML notation. Would it be possible to add more endpoints options to the line menu in Lucid? Specifically, this diagram Assembly notation. We can add it in as a shape, but this makes moving a component difficult as it would require multiple items being moved, which just adds complexity and causes mistakes .

There are many line endpoints supported, but none that we can use which follows a standard architecture convention. This would really help us use Lucid more efficiently.
