Hello, everyone. Due to a need for university work, I purchased a trial subscription to lucid chart. I managed to cancel it at the end of October before the trial expired. I still opened and looked at lucid chart afterwards and I saw that my tariff had changed to free. At the time of cancellation on the website, I got a notification that there was a cancellation of the paid subscription. And now I got a notification on my card that $108 should be charged? Why did this happen? I unsubscribed from the paid plan before the end of the free plan, even if there was a mistake and I didn't make it in time (although it didn't happen, but still), I should have been charged for one month, not 12. Please explain what happened
