I left my previous job but forgot to close my Lucid Software subscription and I just realized I’m still being charged to my personal card for that account. I don’t have access to that email account any more so I can’t even log in or reset my password. Help!

Please remember to include the email address the subscription is under and the billing information from the payment that was recently charged.
