I was just charged for TWO Lucid memberships after the trial, without any prior notice or having gotten my approval. I have not used any of the featured since I trialed it nor do I intend to.
I see this is not the first time it's happened. Have you guys received the money back in these situations? Im afraid I won't get a refund since their customer support is through a ticket submission, which I have done so already but what is the time taken to solve these kinds of situations….
Their phone line is also an obviously fake voicemail.
