I need to cancel a free trial subscription however, I do not have the option to do so in the drop-down menu. The only option is visible is to “change plans”. Lucidchart and lucidpark  - whichever I signed up for. 

I didn't think this would have been an issue as the company even reminded me via email of the upcoming trial end date. 

Why is there not an option to cancel? Please cancel both.
