How do I view ALL of the Team folders within our account?  I am the account owner.  Some team members have left the organisation and we need to have visibility over all Team Folders created within our account.

You can search all documents owned by your Enterprise account by user account(s) document type creation date keyword(s) and document location via the Document Discovery tool.


While at this time it is not possible to specifically look for Team folders if you are searching via keyword(s) you will have the option to search for documents located everywhere on the account in Team folders only or to exclude Team Folders from results from the document location dropdown.


On a side note all users on your Enterprise account are able to create Team Folders and Team Spaces by default.
