What to do if you are not able to access Lucid features like Private mode through Canvas
When you are using Lucid through Canvas you should have access to all Lucid features displayed in an embedded Lucid document in Canvas. If you are not able to access features, like private mode and voting sessions, follow these steps to reconnect your Lucid account to Canvas.
Navigate to your Lucid dashboard by clicking on the “Lucid (Whiteboard) shortcut from your Canvas course navigation.
Click on your Lucid account icon in the upper righthand corner.
Click on Account Settings
Click on Apps and Integrations
Click on the “X” next to the “Canvas by Lucid Software” integration
Select “Delete” from the pop-up menu
Go back to Canvas. Refresh the webpage. Click on “Lucid (Whiteboard)” from your Canvas course navigation. Click on “Explore Lucid” and follow the steps to reconnect Lucid to Canvas.
After completing the connection process, go back into Lucid and refresh. Now you should have access to these features.
