Instructors can quickly set up Lucid assignments in Canvas and easily grade, annotate, and provide feedback to students using Canvas’ Speedgrader.  In this article we will walk through what this process looks like.

  1. Start by assigning students a Lucid assignment in Canvas | How to video
  2. Next, students open the assignment in Canvas, complete, and submit | How to video
  3. Then, go to the assignment in Canvas and open Speedgrader.

  1. Use Canvas’ speedgrader tools to annotate, provide feedback, and score student submissions.

  1. Then, use the drop down menu in the upper right-hand corner to move on to the next student.

We finally have permission to create assignments to pull into Canvas, so I’m really excited to read the tips now on how I can use the integration.  The annotation looks easy to do, so I’m excited to use it!
